Our goal is to provide our customers in the construction industry with the most qualified, efficient and cost competitive construction personnel services. We intend to do this by using a holistic and high-performance approach assuming all employer responsabilities related to recruting, training, counseling, human resources and insurance. Welding Works International is unique from most welding companies because it has a small company feel, yet it has the ability to compete across the nation and even internationally.
Welding Works International was established in 1998 as an outgrow of A.D. Welding Services, Inc., to find other jobs that are not exclusive to AmFELS. This company resulted from the ever-increasing demand for qualified and cost competitive efficient construction. Welding Works International provides skilled and semi-skilled welding and related services to the construction industry.
Mr. De la Fuente has dedicated over thirty-five years to the art of welding. He received his Combination Welder Gold Seal Certificate through the Job Corps in 1974 and earned an associates degree in applied sciences in the field of drafting and design technology in 1981. He founded his own company De La Fuente General Welding Services in 1984, and gradually expanded its operations into other business lines. Welding Works International was formed in 1998 as an outgrowth of A.D. Welding Co. All of whose work is under contract to an outside concern. He branch out into Real Estate in 1993 and Warehouse Construction in 2002. He has created a legacy which is being sustained by his children Cesar, Victoria, Christina and Wendy. Alfredo is an active member of Our Lady of Good Counsel and sponsors youth athletics and groups in the community. His family descends from Jimenez, Mexico.
Has more than 15 years supporting South Texas Shipyards, with the most qualified Welders, Structural Fitters, Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Scaffold Builders, Blasters, Painters Engineers, Drafters, Safety Inspectors.
